Most orders will ship 24 to 48 hours after being received providing that the merchandise is currently in stock. Please note that we ship wintin the US only. We do not ship overseas.

Out of stock items are usually shipped within 7 to 14 business days. Please call us prior to placing your order if you require your delivery by a specific date.

Once processed, orders will ship USPS Priority Mail. Options.

BACKORDERS
For items backordered for a period of 14 business days or longer, we will notify the customer by telephone or e-mail with an expected ship date if an estimated date has not already been provided.

Return Policies

Only unopened/unworn merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days from original date of delivery. Returns are recommended through UPS, Fed-Ex or via the U.S. Postal Service Registered, so you may track the return package. For protection against loss or damage we recommend that you insure merchandise for its full value. Alpackits will not be responsible for any returned merchandise which becomes damaged, lost or stolen in transit. All merchandise must be in its original condition with original packaging, boxes, tags, etc. to qualify for return.
